Jun 2012 -  Started looking at areas where we wanted to live. 
Dec 2012 - Decided we wanted to build a new home. Started looking at land.
Apr 2013 -  Found the block 1.
May 2013 - Finance approved: waiting on vendor.
May 2013 - Pulled out of block 1 contract.
Jun 2013 - Made offer on block 2.  Looking at contract and re-organising finance.
Jun 2013 - Decided on Milano 4 (15m) by McDonald Jones Home. 
Jun 2013 - Exchanged land contract on block 2.
Jun 2013 - Paid $3K to start building process with McDonald Jones Homes. 
Jul 2013 - Colours selection.
Aug 2013 - Contract and plans arrive 
Aug 2013 - Contracts sign and in the post 
Oct 2013 - Land registered 
Nov 2013 - Settlement
Nov 2013 - Organising landscape plans and pool quote
Nov 2013 - Building plans lodged with Camden council
Nov 2013 - Pool plans lodged with certifier
Dec 2013 - Building plans approved by Camden council
Feb 2014 - Pool plans approved by certifier
Mar 2014 - Construction loan approved
Apr 2014 - Pool shell completed
Apr 2014 - Added to the construction list
May 2014 - Site cut
May 2014 - Piering
May 2014 - Plumbing
May 2014 - Formwork
May 2014 - Slab
